At Image In Love Photography + Film, we understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to alter your booked date and time for our services. We're committed to working with you to find the best solution, but certain guidelines apply to ensure a fair and efficient process. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our cancellation and rescheduling policy: Cancellation and New Booking: If you find it necessary to cancel your booked date and time, we regret that we cannot guarantee an immediate rescheduling to your next available date. However, we are dedicated to collaborating with you to identify a suitable alternative. Please note that there is a possibility that another photographer and/or filmer from our team might be assigned to accommodate your new date and or time. Down Payment Credit: Your down payment holds its value as a credit that can be utilized towards any future photography and/or video services with us. This credit does not have an expiration date, allowing you the flexibility to apply it when it aligns with your needs. Cancellation Usage: If you must cancel, your down payment remains a credit that you can utilize at any time. You have one additional opportunity to use this credit for a new date and/or time, ensuring that your investment remains intact. Rescheduling Opportunities: In the event of rescheduling, you have one chance to select a new date and/or time that suits you. We understand that situations can be fluid, and this policy grants you flexibility to reschedule once. Additional Rescheduling: If circumstances lead to rescheduling more than once, we kindly request another down payment. The initial down payment will no longer serve as a credit in this situation. We uphold this policy to maintain a fair commitment between our valued clients and our creative services.
